AllmountMac beta

Mac beta

An early build of Allmount for Mac, free while it lasts. It is not from the App Store yet, so macOS asks you to confirm once before it opens.

Download for Mac (18 MB)

Needs macOS 26 or later. Works on Apple silicon and Intel.

What is in it

  • Connect Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, MinIO and the other S3-compatible providers.
  • Browse, search, preview with Quick Look, upload by drag and drop, including large files.
  • Several connections, the menu bar uploader and share links, all free in the beta.

What is not in it yet

  • The Finder drive. Mounting a bucket in Finder needs the App Store build.
  • Purchases. There is nothing to buy in the beta.
  • iPhone. The iPhone app comes through TestFlight and the App Store.

How to open it

  1. Open the downloaded DMG and drag Allmount into Applications.
  2. Open Allmount. macOS says it cannot check the app for malicious software. Click Done.
  3. Open System Settings, then Privacy & Security. Scroll down to the message about Allmount and click Open Anyway, then confirm with your password.
  4. From then on it opens normally.

This warning appears because the beta is not signed with an Apple developer certificate yet. The App Store version will not show it.

Your keys

Access keys are stored in your Mac's login keychain. Allmount talks straight to your provider. There is no Allmount server in between. After an update, macOS may ask once whether Allmount can use its saved keychain item. Choose Always Allow.
