AllmountThese terms apply when you use Allmount, a Mac and iPhone app made by Twistor Labs Private Limited ("we", "us"). By installing the app you agree to them.
License
Allmount is distributed through the App Store under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.
Your storage account
Allmount connects to a storage account that belongs to you. You are responsible for that account: the keys you paste in, the files you store, who you share links with, and any charges your provider bills you for storage, requests or bandwidth. Keep your keys private and revoke them at the provider if a device is lost.
Third-party storage
Your files live with your provider, not with us. We do not control your provider and give no warranty that any provider will stay available, keep your data, or remain compatible with Allmount. If a provider changes its API, some features may stop working until we update the app.
Allmount Pro
- Pro is sold through Apple In-App Purchase as a monthly subscription at $9.99, a yearly subscription at $79.99, or a one-time lifetime purchase at $99.99. Prices are in US dollars. The App Store charges the equivalent in your local currency (for example Indian rupees), set by Apple and including local taxes, so the amount may differ by country.
- The monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- The lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewal.
- When a subscription lapses, Pro features pause. Your settings are kept and return when you subscribe again.
Refunds
Apple handles all refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
No warranty
Allmount is provided as is. We do not promise it will be free of bugs or interruptions, or that it will suit a particular purpose. Keep backups of anything you cannot afford to lose. The app has no trash, so deletions are final at your provider unless you have versioning turned on there.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profits, provider charges, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for Allmount in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have in your own country.
