DigitalOcean Spaces

  • Access key and secret

  • Region like nyc3

Steps

  1. In the DigitalOcean control panel, open Spaces Object Storage and create a Space. Pick a datacenter region such as nyc3, sfo3, ams3, fra1, sgp1, blr1 or syd1.
  2. Stay in Spaces Object Storage and look for the Access Keys tab.
  3. Choose Create Access Key. Look for Limited access and give the key Read/Write/Delete on your one Space.
  4. Copy the Access Key and Secret. The secret is shown once.
  5. Your region is the first part of the Space's endpoint, for example nyc3 in nyc3.digitaloceanspaces.com.
