Hetzner Object Storage

  • Access key and secret

  • Region like fsn1

Steps

  1. In the Hetzner Cloud Console, open your project and choose Object Storage. Create a bucket and pick a location: fsn1 (Falkenstein), nbg1 (Nuremberg) or hel1 (Helsinki).
  2. Open Security, then look for S3 credentials. Choose Generate credentials.
  3. Copy the Access Key and Secret Key. The secret is shown once. These credentials cover every bucket in the project.
  4. Your region is the location code, for example fsn1. The endpoint pattern is <location>.your-objectstorage.com.
